What you'll be doing...

As part of the VBG Base Marketing team you will be responsible for building and running marketing programs for our business customers in the Enterprise and Public Sector segments. You will be analyzing detailed customer behavioral data and designing and implementing marketing programs to accelerate account growth and reduce churn among Enterprise & Public Sector customers. You will identify unique targeting and content opportunities through business segmentation, decision maker characteristics and industry specific needs. You will work with external agency partners and partner closely with internal teams (including sales, finance, operations, WCC and other marketing teams) to build and execute these programs. As these programs are implemented you will then determine the program's effectiveness and ROI. This innovative thought leader will identify opportunities and drive growth and retention strategies across the organization while focused on increasing revenue and protecting our base of customers.

• Develop growth and retention strategies around key stages in the life cycle for Public Sector and Enterprise customers.
• Build and drive data-driven base marketing campaigns and work with external agencies and other marketing teams on omnichannel campaigns including offer selection/development, messaging & content, channel and touchpoint strategy (primarily email, digital, outbound calling).
• Develop thoughtful briefs and influence the creative development of core touchpoints.
• Collaborate with business analytics and database marketing teams to recommend model opportunities for product propensity and revenue growth.
• Analyze customer behavior, segment trends and historical data to develop targeting and testing strategies.
• Understand the competitive landscape, purchasing behavior and primary drivers of growth and churn and turn those insights into actionable tactics.
• Work with business analytics team to determine program effectiveness and ROI and make recommendations for improvement.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience using data and analytics to inform marketing strategy.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• MBA in Marketing.
• B2B Marketing experience (especially in Enterprise & Public Sector segments).
• Proven track record of loyalty & growth marketing ideation and execution.
• Understanding of direct marketing tactics (DM, EM, Digital & Outbound Calling).
• Solid understanding of wireless and wireline products and customers.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing analytics and measurement.
• Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways.
• Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures.
• Thought leadership, trends assessment and customer insights.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (eg Adobe, SFDC).
• Experience working for a technology company.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.

The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $105,000.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.

The annual salary range for the Maryland location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $115,500.00 - $201,000.00.
