Responsibilities Nurturing company‑provided leads and prospecting new leads through in‑person meetings, phone calls, social media, and open houses. Working closely with buyers and sellers to manage the full sales transaction. Negotiating contracts and handling client issues. Qualifications Engaging personality and great attitude. Personable, honest, and interested in helping others. Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable with technology. Self‑motivated, driven, and intelligent. Desire to learn new skills. Active real‑estate license (required). Compensation Pay range: $55,000 – $200,000 per year, plus bonus and commission.
