UX Manager, Messages Monetization and Protection

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or UX. 3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working in AI assisted workflows for designers with portfolio examples highlighting functional prototypes or shipped work. Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, researchers, engineers, content strategists and product managers. Experience designing for native mobile applications across a variety of device types. Experience designing features and shepherding that work through the full life-cycle of design from kickoff through implementation as a Senior level IC and as a front line manager. As part of Rich Communication Services (RCS) for Business, you will lead the design team pioneering the next wave of global conversational commerce - enabling rich, interactive, and AI-driven shopping and customer experiences inside the native texting app for both Android and iOS users. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities: Drive the development of innovative design solutions to user, product, and business problems. Coordinate and grow a design team of UX designers and conversational designers who work together to bring product and conversational design to end users and partners. Identify innovation paths for Messages protection across spam, scams, and other privacy-minded areas of interest. Advocate the blueprint for conversational AI commerce, designing fluid, adaptive interfaces for LLM-driven consumer interactions. Lead ecosystem-wide design standards, including the creation of first-party and third-party Agent Best Practices Playbooks and cross-platform iOS consistency playbooks. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket
