Senior PPC Manager

We're hiring a paid-ads machine. Power Brands has built 3,000+ beverage brands over 20 years for Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Nestlé, Keurig Dr Pepper and hundreds of startups. Now we want one person who lives inside our ad accounts and fills our pipeline with qualified leads. This is not a strategy job. If your plan is to come in, talk frameworks and \"build a roadmap,\" don't apply. You'll be wasting your time and ours. If you're the person who logs in first, finds the leak, fixes it and has better numbers by Friday, keep reading. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Run Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, ChatGPT Ads and LinkedIn Ads, hands-on, every day • Build, test and kill campaigns fast • Drive more qualified leads at a lower cost per lead • Own the numbers. No team to hide behind, nobody to delegate to. WHAT YOU BRING • 5+ years hands-on in Google Ads, with campaigns you personally built and ran • Proof: real accounts, real spend, real results you can show us • Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads experience • You're already testing ChatGPT Ads, or you will be in week one • An obsession with conversion tracking and cost per lead PAY • Base: $120,000–$160,000 • Uncapped commission on results. No ceiling, and no cutting your commission when you win big. The harder you crush it, the more you make. HOW WE HIRE Your interview is a live audit of our Google Ads account.
