Program Support AssistantThe Program Support Assistant position is to provide a wide variety of administrative, clerical, and technical support within the P&SAS. Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:Ensures that all inventory items issued to beneficiaries, clinicians, and all items mailed to residences or other VA facilities are appropriately documented.Issues inventory items to beneficiaries through multiple avenues, including, but not limited to in-person, through VHA clinics, and through various external distribution sources ( e.g., USPS, UPS, Fed.Ex, VA Mail Room, etc.).Assist with the assembly, unloading, distribution, and delivery of Prosthetics inventory suppliesPerforms both routine and complex administrative and miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned with general administrative support from Prosthetic management.Prepares agenda, books conference rooms, coordinates attendance and takes meeting minutes as assigned.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pmTelework: Not Authorized.Virtual: This is not a virtual position.Position Description/PD#: Program Support Assistant (OA) PD02969ARelocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized.Critical Skills Incentive (CSI): Not Approved.Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized.Notifications:This is a Bargaining Unit position.This position is in the Competitive Service.Current and former Federal employees must submit copies of their most recent SF-50, (Notice of Personnel Action).
