Operations Project Lead

Our On-Demand Talent Solutions team is excited to announce that we are hiring a Project Operations Lead Consultant on behalf of our valued client. Our client is at the forefront of innovation, accelerating the development of novel treatments for patients and translating scientific discoveries into new approaches to cancer therapies. Summary: The Project Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and owning special projects within the Operations Department including communications initiatives, process improvements, risk assessment, and issue tracking resolution. This role calls for a sophisticated program manager focused on managing and owning communications and overseeing peripheral responsibilities. Responsibilities: Manage communications through stakeholder mapping, content creation, daily management, scheduling, and coordination across key stakeholder groups. Drive program management by bringing action items back, managing risks, tracking and resolving issues, and tying off tasks. Create and disseminate content by articulating key messages for different audiences, distributing them across stakeholder groups, and equipping leaders with content for various communication cadences and channels, including podcasts. Support special projects and strategic initiatives, including systems implementation. Help automate and bring continuity to processes, introducing modern ways of working to improve efficiency and deliver value and quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required. Strong writing and professional content creation skills in various formats (e.g., websites, podcasts, PowerPoint). Experience creating operational efficiencies and risk management.
