Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in Aurora, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. If you have a passion for manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and safety.
Document production data and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Assist in training new employees on manufacturing processes and equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing preferred.
Proven experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
