Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative approach when working alongside educators, families, and support staff

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to K-12 students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Write and maintain comprehensive case notes and evaluations in compliance with school guidelines
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Deliver both group and one-on-one sessions, adjusting interventions as needed to foster student progress
• Counsel families and provide ongoing support and resources to promote carryover of skills
