Exciting Opportunity for a Hematology Oncology Physician in Seattle, WA

Join a reputable outpatient facility located in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington. This locum position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with dedicated staff including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Schedulers. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care in hematology, with a balanced emphasis on both benign and malignant conditions.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the hematology oncology outpatient setting.
• Focus on managing both benign and malignant hemolytic conditions, with an estimated 60/40 split favoring benign cases.
• Manage patient load of approximately 20-23 patients per day.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the practice.

• Active Board Certification in Hematology.
• Completion of a residency/fellowship in a relevant specialty.
• State license to practice in Washington; IMLC LOQ considered.
• ACLS certification (Nice to have).
• BLS certification (Required).
• DEA certification (Highly Preferred, must be obtained by start date).
• Clean background and malpractice history, with a NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation.

• Active Board Certification Board Certified Hematology Required
• State License Will consider IMLC LOQ. Required
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship Required
• Active Other Certifications:
• BLS - Required
• ACLS - Nice to Have
• DEA Highly Preferred - must have by start date.
