Are you looking for a dynamic role in the retail industry where you can showcase your leadership skills and make a real impact? Franchise Taste Ventures LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fast food locations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Daily Responsibilities:

Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
Demonstrate expert product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales
Implement merchandising strategies to maximize visual appeal and sales
Provide excellent customer support and resolve any issues or complaints
Utilize point-of-sale systems for transactions and inventory management

Required Skills:

Experience in retail sales and customer service
Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of shipping, loading, and unloading procedures
Cash handling and cashier skills
Must have or be able to obtain Food Safety Program Manager certificate
Two or more years experience in food service

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience in loss prevention strategies
Wellness and health knowledge
Stocking and distribution experience
Reimbursement processing skills
Previous military background

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Wage: $20.35/hour
Maximum Wage $22/hour
Benefits: Vacation Leave, Flex time
