RESTAURANT SHIFT LEAD Starting at $15-$16/hr. plus TIPS

JOB OVERVIEW: Shift Leads are one of the most influential team members within Costa Vida.
- Organizing shift schedules for team members
- Assigning duties to specific team members based on role and skills
- Training new and current team members on task
- Respond to guests and come up with creative solutions
- Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits
- Opening/Closing the restaurant
- Proficiency in other positions within the restaurant
- Closed Sundays
