Automotive Technician | $40-$45/HR | Monday-Friday Auto Pro Car Care Location: South Bay, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM (No Weekends) Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour Pay Type: Flexible pay structure Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay About Auto Pro Car Care Auto Pro Car Care is seeking an experienced A- Level Automotive Technician to join our team in South Bay, Florida. We provide honest, high-quality automotive repair in a professional, supportive work environment where technicians have the time and resources to perform quality repairs. Our clean, air-conditioned shop features modern diagnostic equipment and Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) technology while maintaining a manageable workflow that prioritizes quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Perform automotive diagnostics and drivability troubleshooting using modern diagnostic equipment. Complete general automotive repairs and scheduled maintenance. Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document vehicle condition and repair recommendations. Accurately document repair findings and completed work using Tekmetric. Collaborate with the service team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Maintain high-quality workmanship while working efficiently in a quality-focused environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience. Strong automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Experience servicing domestic, Asian, and European vehicles. Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment, including Autel scan tools. Experience with Tekmetric is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Own professional automotive tools. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $40-$45 per hour. Flexible compensation structure. Weekly pay. Medical insurance. 401(k).
