Family Physician — Community Health Champion

Neighborhood Health Center in Oregon is seeking a Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary medical care with emphasis on prevention and population health. This on-site role reports to the Chief Medical Officer in the Medical department.
Requirements include Doctoral degree (MD/DO), completion of Family Practice Residency, and an active Oregon medical license, with DEA and BLS. Experience serving underserved communities is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
