Enjoy 24-hour shifts with a flexible schedule and the option to add clinic work if desired.### Position Highlights\n\n 24-hour shifts | 4 shifts per block with additional shifts available\n Optional clinic opportunities\n Scheduled C-sections and gynecology consults\n ED unassigned OB patients and transfer coordination\n Midwife oversight\n Non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support\n 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage\n Level II Special Care Nursery (32+ weeks)\n Approximately 1,200 deliveries annually\n One delivering hospital with in-unit sleep room\n Remote participation in high-risk meetings### Compensation & Benefits – 4 Shifts/Block\n $195,000 base salary\n $2,850 CME/board certification allowance\n $156/hour PRN rate\n Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance\n 403(b) tax-deferred annuity with 4% match beginning year 2\n\n
