Automotive Detailer / Vehicle Detail Specialist

Automotive Detailer PositionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our dealership team. The Automotive Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles on the lot and preparing customer vehicles for delivery. This position plays an important role in ensuring all vehicles meet dealership presentation standards and provide excellent customer experience.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWash, wax, buff, and polish vehicle exteriorsVacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and vehicle interiorsClean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and trimApply protective finishes and detailing products as neededInspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance concernsPrepare sold vehicles for customer deliveryMaintain organization and cleanliness of the detailing area and equipmentMove and park vehicles safely around dealership propertyFollow all dealership safety procedures and company policiesAssist with maintenance and additional duties as assignedQualificationsPrevious automotive detailing experience preferred but not requiredValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordAbility to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferredStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periodsWorking ConditionsFrequent exposure to outdoor weather conditionsUse of cleaning chemicals and detailing equipmentFast-paced dealership environmentBenefitsCompetitive payHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidays401(k) planOpportunities for advancementEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
