Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Mercy Cover Sheet Required
• Compliance with influenza vaccination policy or approved medical or religious exemption is required
