to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in

Dubuque, IA

With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof. Role Details: Clinic Hours:

7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday & 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Fridays Schedule:

flexible schedulewithin clinic hours seeing approximately

18-22 patients per day. Provider team includes:

9 providers with 1 CMA & 1 RN/LPN per provider Operatories/Exam Rooms:
