What You’ll Be Doing As a Food Runner/Buster, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering food and beverages to tables quickly and accurately. Work directly with the Kitchen Manager and ensure the Bay City standards of service and food are met. Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Assisting servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Providing friendly and attentive service to guests. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a fast-paced hospitality environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to stay organized and efficient during busy shifts. A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Why Join Bay City Brewing Co EV?
