Property Manager

FIRCO LLC is a family-owned real estate investment firm managing 330+ units (cabins, apartments, RV lots, residential hotels, and more). We’re hiring an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the portfolio. What You’ll Do: Manage tenants, maintenance, and property operations. Handle move-ins/move-outs, issues, and daily communication. Keep systems organized and operations running efficiently. What We Need: Prior property management experience (required). Ability to work 50+ hours/week across 6 days (Christmas/Thanksgiving off) full-time, in-office. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Excel, DoorLoop, Zoom/Google Meet, and similar systems. Experience in closing, strong sales skills, ability to succeed in a highly dynamic environment. Experience with Section 8 housing is a bonus. Compensation: Pay based on experience (higher pay for stronger candidates). Flexible hourly or salary structure. #J-18808-Ljbffr FIRCO
