Responsibilities: • Analyze employee benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Develop and conduct benefits orientations and training for new employees to ensure understanding and utilization of the benefits packages. • Assist employers with benefits-related inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain employer/employee satisfaction. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to recommend adjustments to benefit programs for optimal employee retention and attraction.
