Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab care in our inpatient and home-based settings. Working closely with Physical Therapists, you’ll implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, monitor patient progress, and update documentation in accordance with clinical standards. You’ll educate patients and families on home exercises and safety, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help maintain a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on patient-centered recovery and functional independence.
