Head Coach

Job Overview We are looking for a Head Coach to lead a team of engaged professionals and help members achieve More Life. As a Head Fitness Coach you will:

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts.
• Ensure correct form and provide corrections.
• Understand the science behind our workouts, especially heart‑rate focused training, and stay aware of industry trends.
• Demonstrate use of all equipment in every workout.
• Act as a supportive team player and mentor to fellow coaches.
