We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing & Brand Coordinator to help build and maintain our brand presence. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives, creating content, organizing project photography, managing online reviews, and serving as the primary liaison with our outside marketing agency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys storytelling through visual content, and is passionate about helping grow a strong local brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media and online business profiles
• Create and schedule digital content
• Coordinate project photoshoots and organize marketing assets
• Request, track, and follow up on client reviews
• Collaborate with our outside marketing agency
• Assist with marketing campaigns, award submissions, and special projects
• Develop and improve marketing processes and systems
• Help maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Canva and major social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Photography or home services/construction industry experience is a plus
