Global Patient Safety Medical Director

Vertex is seeking a Patient Safety Senior Medical Director to provide leadership for safety and risk management across pre- and post-approval activities for assigned products. You will lead risk management, DSUR/PSUR content, labeling, and regulatory engagement, while guiding study teams and ensuring medical review of safety data. This role requires MD/DO or equivalent, typically 7+ years of experience, and the ability to operate autonomously within a matrix organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vertex Inc.
