Contract Administrator

$24.00 Hour

Monday to Friday 8-5

Must complete all screenings required for the position ( Driver , Background and Drug ) screenings.

Must be able to write , read and speak English.

Must have working expierence in the field of Contracts and constuction bids. ( Contract Administration )

Job Functions will include • Review and monitor maintenance, construction, and service contracts to ensure compliance with contract specifications, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Receive and process requisitions for contract purchases; analyze specifications for accuracy and compliance; prepare invitations to bid, scopes of work, and related procurement documentation for maintenance materials and services. • Provide guidance and recommendations to Division management and other stakeholders regarding project status, contract issues, operational concerns, and resolution strategies. • Develop scopes of work and coordinate formal procurement solicitations, QuickQuotes, waiver and exemption requests, piggyback agreements, non-standard contract requests, contract amendments, and carryforward requests. • Serve as liaison between the Department, Procurement Division, County Attorney’s Office, Division Directors, and other Public Utilities management staff to coordinate procurement and contract-related activities.
