Collections Specialist

Work the inbound phones for a book of business our team has spent years building. Our proprietary AI handles outreach at scale, so the calls coming to you are from people who are already ready to pay or negotiate. You will be led by our head of collections, who has spent over a decade in this world, on a team that has already collected over $3 billion. This is an in-office role at our Pleasant Grove, Utah headquarters on our morning shift. About Interval Interval is an AI powered collections platform, and we operate in two distinct ways. First-party collections, run through Interval AI Corporation, puts our AI to work under a business's own brand, with custom controls on tone, contact, and messaging, so outreach always feels like it is coming from the business itself. Third-party collections is handled by our subsidiary, Interval Recovery Services, a licensed collection agency that steps in once first-party efforts have run their course and operates under its own compliance framework. Across both, our thesis stays the same. An overdue balance does not erase the person behind it. We build Interval so every overdue consumer is seen and heard, given clear information and real options, rather than pressure alone. Getting businesses paid while treating consumers like people is the balance our team is here to build and protect. What you will do Manage and help facilitate inbound collection calls, working with people who are ready to pay or negotiate a balance. Work a massive book of business drawn from clients we have partnered with for years, across legal, home services, lending, medical, and more. Lean on our proprietary AI outreach, which works accounts at scale and drives the inbound volume so your time goes to live conversations. Negotiate payment plans and settlements, then document every outcome accurately. Hit your quota numbers across total revenue collected, talk time, outbound dials, and inbound resolutions. Keep data clean and current in our internal systems and in the client CRMs, ERPs, and billing platforms we work in. Scale alongside our sales and product teams, holding a portfolio and book of business larger than you have ever carried before. Work our morning shift in office with the rest of the collections team. What we are looking for Comfortable spending your day on the phone, holding steady, high-volume conversations about money. Able to stay calm, clear, and respectful in tense or high-stress calls. Motivated by quota, and comfortable being measured on total revenue collected, talk time, outbound dials, and inbound resolutions. Comfortable with data entry and updating files across multiple systems, including our internal tools and robust client CRMs, ERPs, and billing systems. Collections, customer service, or phone sales experience is a strong plus. Based in or willing to work in office at our Pleasant Grove, Utah headquarters. Available to work our morning shift.
