We specialize in large-scale commercial and Department of Defense construction and are looking for an experienced HVAC Start-Up Technician to join our growing mechanical team in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

If you enjoy troubleshooting complex systems and working on new construction projects-not routine service calls-this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Start up, test, troubleshoot, and commission commercial HVAC systems
• Work on chillers, boilers, 50+ ton RTUs, pumps, hydronic systems, and cooling towers
• Diagnose electrical and refrigeration issues
• Perform compressor replacements, refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging
• Partner with project teams and manufacturers to ensure systems perform as designed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service or start-up experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills on large commercial equipment
• Experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and hydronic systems
• EPA 608 Certification required
• OSHA 10 (or ability to obtain)
• Factory certifications and government or industrial project experience is a plus
