Gross Earnings: $432.00–$589.92 for a 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws)

ResponsibilitiesThe Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, patient-centered perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process while working with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to clinical changes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and assist OR Technicians and support staff.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Valid and current state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain throughout employment.
- At least one year of prior Perioperative experience or on-the-job training.
- CNOR Certification (AORN) is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.

The estimated compensation for this role, which includes wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, ranges from $36.00 to $49.16 per hour. The exact starting salary will be determined at the time of hiring, considering factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
