Maintenance Lead

Job Responsibilities Service existing accounts. Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions. Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process. Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers. Cultivate and grow customer base. Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required, and other duties assigned. Oversee and coordinate the in-house maintenance team. Daily inspection report for all facility compressors, cranes, overhead doors, company‑owned forklifts, rental forklifts, profilers, and rollers. Coordinate all vendor‑required maintenance and service calls; oversee them with supervision—vendors cannot work without supervision. Validate and vet service estimates and PO requests. Prioritize and fix all maintenance requests daily. Supervise the Tool Room. Report any issues to the leadership team. Make cost‑conscious decisions. Job Requirements High School diploma and/or equivalent. Strong written and oral communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills. Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred. Computer skills—Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and SAP. Ability to work closely with other departments or business units. Analytical, objective, and organizational skills. Goal‑oriented with ability to multi‑task under pressure in a fast‑paced work environment.
