Responsibilities As a Perioperative Service Clinical Manager, you will drive efficiency and compassion in the Operating Room and directly impact the quality of care. You will participate in gathering staff perspectives to positively impact the unit, mentor and motivate staff, partner closely with nursing team leaders on quality measures, guide independent thinking, and focus on patient‑centered compassion. This is a full‑time day position at the NYP/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Preferred Criteria Experience as Charge Nurse or Team Lead Operating Room RN Experience Demonstrated nursing leadership experience CNOR Certified Master's Degree in Nursing Required Criteria Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 2 years of clinical experience Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain) BCLS certification All roles require on‑site presence; therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
