Using advanced diagnostic tools to test-drive vehicles and troubleshoot systems like engines, transmissions, brakes, and air conditioning. Communicating directly with Service Advisors about additional service needs and repair timelines. Executing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards. Qualifications Knowledge of Honda vehicles (domestic line experience also a plus). ASE certifications (a plus!). A strong automotive background and a passion for teamwork.
