We are looking for an experienced Commercial Account Manager to lead client relationships, perform property quality audits, and drive portfolio growth through landscape enhancements.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Valid FL Driver’s License: Clean driving record for the past 5 years (required to drive company vehicle).
• Industry Experience: 2–5+ years in commercial landscaping, turf management, irrigation, or outdoor service account management.
• Proven Track Record: Experience managing commercial accounts, meeting sales/upsell goals ($200K+ in annual enhancements), and conducting property site audits.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM software ( Aspire experience is a major plus!), Google Workspace, and MS Office.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional relationship-building skills with property managers, HOA boards, and commercial clients.

Requirements:

Client Retention & Property Audits

• Build deep, trusting relationships with commercial property managers and HOA boards.
• Conduct scheduled property site walks (logged in Aspire CRM) to catch landscape, irrigation, or pest issues before the client notices.

Portfolio Growth & Enhancement Sales

• Identify property improvement opportunities and present prompt, accurate enhancement proposals (mulch overhauls, plant upgrades, irrigation fixes).
• Hit annual growth targets ($200K in landscape enhancements and $100K in new service contracts).

Operations Alignment

• Work closely with branch managers, service coordinators, and crew leaders to ensure job-site quality matches client expectations.
• Support client communication during service adjustments or billing inquiries.
