AWS Migration Lead

Title: AWS Migration Lead Location: Dallas, TX (local preferred) Job description We are looking for a highly experienced Pod Lead to provide technical leadership for migrating enterprise applications from on‑premises environments to AWS Outposts. The role is responsible for defining migration strategies, designing target architectures, leading infrastructure and application modernization efforts, and driving end‑to‑end technical execution for migration pods. The candidate should have strong expertise in AWS, hybrid cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, networking, automation, and enterprise migration programs, along with hands‑on experience in application and code modernization including Java 8 to Java 17/21 upgrades, Spring Boot modernization, dependency remediation, CI/CD integration, and cloud readiness improvements.
