Overview The Staff Attorney will be responsible for legal research, analysis, drafting, and reviewing legal documents. The role involves providing legal representation and advice to clients, representing clients in court proceedings, providing legal opinions on client matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Candidates must be flexible to work frequent overtime and occasional weekends, and have the ability to attend trials. Candidates should also be flexible to work frequent overtime, occasional weekends and have the ability to attend trials. Responsibilities Provide legal representation and advice to clients Conduct legal research and analysis Draft legal documents Represent clients in court proceedings Provide legal opinions on issues related to client matters Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Qualifications JD Required (Bar Admission eventually required) Proven ability to maintain composure, high accuracy, and professionalism in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.
