P&C Product Manager - Comparative Rater

Product Manager - Comparative Rater In this position, you will play a critical role in managing business decisions and rules regarding comparative raters. You will be responsible for vetting new comparative raters, API work, and prioritization. You will work with portfolio managers to draft business requirements and ensure effective execution of initiatives. Responsibilities Work with internal teams to identify raters needing enhancements. Lead all aspects of changes (identifying, planning, and delivery). Ensure defaults are properly set. Create project timelines and oversee delivery milestones for related initiatives. Ensure accurate cross-departmental communications regarding new raters and changes. Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance. Management Experience: 2+ years managing teams and projects; proven positive leadership and ability to mentor and manage performance. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with product life cycles and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with form automation tools is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills; effective written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
