End User Support Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for freelance EUC L1 / Smart Hands Support Engineers to provide on demand onsite IT support for customer location. This is a ticket-based and dispatch support role, ideal for independent IT field engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite Smart Hands and L1 EUC support.
  • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic break/fix activities.
  • Support IMACD tasks (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose).
  • Assist with network connectivity and basic cabling tasks.
  • Provide remote hands support for senior technical teams.
  • Update tickets, document work performed, and share site reports/photos when required.
  • Coordinate with remote support teams and follow project SOPs.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in EUC / Desktop Support / Smart Hands roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and networking.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and onsite support procedures.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently onsite.

Preferred:

  • Previous field support or data centre support experience.
  • Own transportation and basic toolkit preferred.
  • Availability for on-call or short-notice assignments.
