Location
McLean VA 22102 (100% Onsite) - No flexibility
A candidate with a background in Clinical Informatics and experience at a payor or provider would probably check most of the boxes.
Must Have Skills/Experience
- Experience with designing/testing/optimizing tech-enabled workflows in a healthcare setting
- Experience with EHRs clinical decision support tools or other similar software in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
- Experience with testing predictive analytics and traditional AI systems
- SQL and Excel proficiency
Nice to Have Skills/Experience
- Experience with Gen AI LLMs and prompt testing
- Clinical licensure (e.g. RN Pharmacist Dietician etc)
- Experience with claims and/or EHR data
There are other aspects to this role but they can be learned on the job by the right person meeting the above criteria.
