Residential Manager The Residential Manager position oversees residential homes, staff, compliance, and quality services for individuals supported by Arrowhead West, Inc. What Do You Get To Do? Lead and support residential teams Oversee daily operations of home Hire and coach staff Ensure compliance with regulations and standards Make a positive difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What Will You Need? Bachelor's degree in a human services or management field (or equivalent experience) Experience in human services; supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a safe driving record Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations What Will You Receive?
