Responsibilities

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Act as the direct, customer-facing resource for software users, answering inquiries and troubleshooting platform issues.
• Efficiently manage a steady daily support queue consisting of approximately 30-45 email tickets and 5-10 customer calls.
• Facilitate scheduled phone and Zoom calls to walk users through solutions and clarify complex questions.
• Navigate a tiered software support structure to deliver clear, thoughtful, and empathetic responses across all touchpoints.

What You Bring to the Team

• 1-2 years of customer service or customer support experience.
• Familiarity or working experience with core tools such as Front, Calendly, and Zoom.
• High empathy, a positive customer-facing energy, and an eagerness to learn and adapt within a fast-paced software environment.
