Physician Assistant (PA) - Northern Minnesota

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in beautiful Northern Minnesota . This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a scenic, outdoor-oriented community while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform procedures, and promote overall wellness for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications as authorized by state regulations.
• Perform minor procedures and assist with surgeries as needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Adhere to federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Physician Assistant license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain).
• Graduation from an accredited PA program .
• Certification by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and procedural skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in family practice, primary care, or specialty areas preferred.
