Whiteline Express is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Champaign, IL. Drivers will be hauling dry van freight in the midwest & southeast regions. Compensation

• Average weekly pay range: $1,375 to $1,500 
  • Base pay: .54-.60 CPM based on verifiable experience
  • Paid all miles, loaded & unloaded
  • Weekly mileage incentive pay:
    • 2,100 - 2,399 miles per week: Additional .05 CPM
    • 2,400+ miles per week: Additional .10 CPM
• Additional pay:
  • Detention pay: $20 per hour
  • Layover pay: $100 per day
  • Stop off pay: $20 per stop
  • Breakdown pay: $100 per day
• Bonuses:
  • Safety & performance bonuses: up to .4 CPM driven during quarter
  • Regional driver referral bonus: .12 CPM of referred driver’s miles for first 3 months paid to the referrer
  • Local driver referral bonus: $1,500 for local paid over a year
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home weekends 
• Schedule: 5 day schedule, Monday – Friday
  • Miles are available for drivers who prefer to stay out longer
• Route: Midwest & southeast lanes 
• Level of Touch: 99% No touch freight 

Equipment

• Late model sleeper trucks
• Automatic transmission
• ELD equipped using Trimble/Platform Science system
• Amenities: New mattress & APU

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years of age
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 125 miles of Champaign, IL or be willing to relocate for this position
