Job Summary As an IT Product Manager for AI Solutions G&A, you will play a crucial role in executing the product vision and roadmaps for our business. You will support both code‑based and low‑code/no‑code approaches to accelerate development and democratize access to AI solutions across the organization. Working under the guidance of senior leadership, you will help incorporate future concepts and methodologies into organizational processes. This role is ideal for a data‑driven product manager eager to develop solutions that accelerate the journey from concept to deployment, enabling an AI‑centric business vision across G&A functions. Key Responsibilities Help define and execute the product roadmap for the Enterprise AI Platform, collaborating with G&A teams to implement AI solutions that improve financial forecasting, optimize operations, or streamline legal contract reviews. Partner directly with internal business stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Operations to understand their pain points and ensure solutions deliver tangible value. Champion an outcome‑driven approach by tracking clear success criteria, metrics, and dashboards to deliver practical AI‑driven solutions. Work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment to ensure AI solutions are built aligned with responsible AI policies and ethical considerations. Apply a solid understanding of AI, automation, MLOps, and Generative AI to translate user needs into clear product requirements for data pipelines, model training, and AI tooling. Author clear, concise documentation and deliver progress presentations to stakeholders and project teams, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and execution discipline. Qualifications Required Qualifications 6+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. 3+ years of direct product management experience, with at least 1‑2 years of experience launching or supporting AI/ML or automation solutions in an enterprise environment. Proven track record of managing parts of the product lifecycle, including gathering internal user feedback, writing requirements, driving feature prioritization, and supporting post‑launch execution. Solid technical foundational background in AI/ML, with exposure to LLMs, Generative AI concepts, and MLOps principles. Experience working in a fast‑paced, technical environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to guide projects through key delivery milestones. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience authoring clear documentation (PRDs/user stories) and engaging with both technical and non‑technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage the ambiguity and rapid pace inherent in the AI/ML domain, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a fluid environment. A proactive, team‑oriented individual with a strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning in the evolving AI landscape. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
