Texas Senior Loan Officer (Dallas) Responsibilities Review new loan requests, including credit history, financial statements and spreads, to determine whether proposed credit application includes all necessary information and meets lending criteria outlined in the Bank’s lending policies and guidelines. Prepare well-developed credit memoranda in accordance with the Bank’s required underwriting format and guidelines. Ensure implementation and compliance to meet lending and other applicable banking requirements. Actively participate with lending staff, commercial marketing officers, and branch managers to ensure that all documentation is in place, applicable terms and conditions are adhered to, and required financial exhibit due dates and monitors are met, with exhibits received from customers in a timely manner. Maintain constant communications to discuss loan portfolio to determine any potential credit risks with loan officers, relationship manager, portfolio group manager, and credit administration on a regular basis. Maintain credit quality of assigned loan portfolio, within Bank guidelines and bank standards; promptly surface all risk issues uncovered while managing the portfolio. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of loan experience. Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred; Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field strongly preferred. Demonstrate knowledge and expertise of lending practices and financial principles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and strong organizational and analytical skills. Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred. Full-time position. Mortgage Loan Closing/Servicing Assistant (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Track documents including insurance, collateral documents, and title policies. Provide customer service to borrowers and branch personnel with loan-related inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2+ years in mortgage loan doc drawing, funding, post-closing, or related experience required. Prepare mortgage loan documents and closing disclosures. Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy and assign funding conditions. Review and confirm all funding conditions are satisfied prior to funding. Act as a liaison between escrow agents, title companies, branches, brokers, and settlement teams. Respond promptly to closing-related questions from internal and external stakeholders. Advanced knowledge with state and federal regulations and responsibility for compliance. Base hourly range: $23 - $36.06 SBA Loan/Operation Assistant (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Support the lending team by managing the administrative, processing, and servicing tasks for SBA loans. Manage borrower compliance with loan agreements, tracking financial reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with SBA lending regulations, bank policies, and assist in preparing files for audits. Monitor and manage post-closing tasks such as insurance tracking, loan modification, and portfolio monitoring. Prepare monthly SBA loan production and sales reports. Respond to inquiries from borrowers regarding payments, payoff requests, and loan statements while assisting loan officers. Reconcile general ledger accounts and manage data in core systems. Understanding of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and documentation standards. High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent communication and written skills in English, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a time‑sensitive environment, and interpersonal skills. Base annual salary range: $95K - $110K SBA Loan Officer - All Position (Los Angeles – SBA Department) Responsibilities Minimum 1-3 years of loan experience preferred. BA/BS Degree in Business, Accounting or related field. Analyze cash flow, liquidity, profitability, leverage and other financial ratios and be able to come to various conclusions, including evaluation of collateral and other relevant credit information. Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits. Recommend or deny loan requests. Monitor loan covenants and conditions per loan agreement and report any violation to manager. Collect loan accounts and overdraft information. Conduct site visits and on‑site interviews. Detail‑oriented and able to multi‑task while meeting important deadlines. Communicate with clients to provide information. Monitor and evaluate credit to identify and mitigate potential risks. Solid understanding of lending products and practices. Excellent communication and written skills in English, and interpersonal skills. Loan documentation, funding, and boarding. Processing daily loan servicing requests. Collaborate with internal teams. Base annual salary range: $100K - $110K Senior Information Security Analyst (Cyber Security) (Los Angeles) Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security alerts across SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, email security, and related platforms. Investigate, triage, and respond to security incidents, including root cause analysis, log review, endpoint forensics and remediation. Escalate high‑severity incidents as needed and collaborate with IT leadership and cross‑functional teams. Perform daily security operations, including alert tuning, threat hunting, and vulnerability follow‑up. Maintain, configure, and optimize security tools (SIEM, EDR, email security, vulnerability scanners, PAM, ManageEngine). Develop automation and improve workflows to enhance detection and incident response efficiency. Enhance detection rules, playbooks, and procedures to strengthen continuous threat monitoring. Prepare reports and metrics, support audits/compliance efforts, and mentor junior analysts. Requirement and Skills Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5–7+ years of hands‑on experience in security operations or incident response. Strong technical expertise in SIEM administration, log analysis, endpoint protection, EDR, and network security monitoring. Experience securing Windows, Linux, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS). Hands‑on experience with ManageEngine tools. Solid understanding of security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, CIS Controls) and ability to clearly communicate technical findings. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, CEH, CISSP, Security+, CySA+, AZ-500) are preferred. Familiarity with identity security, Active Directory, and cloud identity platforms is preferred. Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) is preferred.
