Summary:
We are building our Banditos Team and are currently searching for an energetic and reliable Servers who thrive in a fast paced and upbeat environment with a particular attention to guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• ?Provide outstanding hospitality to generate exceptional guest experiences 
• ?Build relationships with new and existing guests to create repeat guests 
• ?Work in a team-based environment where accountability of yourself and your peers is expected 
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bars and restaurants at all times 
• Follow Banditos standards of cleanliness and sanitation in and around the building at all times 
• ?Provide safe and responsible service of food and alcohol in accordance with Banditos and local jurisdictions guidelines 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

• ?Ability to multi-task 
• ?Maintain attention to detail 
• ?Minimum of 1 year serving experience in a high volume, high energy environment 
• ?Work on your feet for extended periods of time with occasional heavy lifting 
• ?Hold yourself and peers accountable for their actions/inactions 
• ?Have fun 

Physical Requirements:  

• ?Prolonged periods of standing and moving around restaurant at a fast pace 
• ?Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 
• ?Must be able to access and navigate each department at the restaurants facilities.
