Position Overview

As an HVAC Technician & Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in both residential and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
Diagnose system issues efficiently and perform accurate troubleshooting and repairs
Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning, filter replacement, coil servicing, and system tune-ups
Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals
Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and work orders
Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong customer service focus

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and diagnostics
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather and job-site conditions
Must pass a background check
