Lead Dispatcher

Pay or shift range: $20 USD to $24 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description At Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we don’t just dispatch technicians — we drive revenue, protect the customer experience, and control the day from the dispatch seat. We are seeking an experienced Lead Dispatcher from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar home services who knows how to lead a team under pressure, be a hands‑on driver. $24.00 per hour starting pay! This is a hands‑on position, that also functions as a lead within our dispatch team. Your job will include: Supervise and support dispatch operations Optimize technician routing for revenue and efficiency Reduce reschedules and tighten performance Manage elevated customer challenges with confidence Partner daily with Service and Sales leadership Maintain clean, accurate schedules in ServiceTitan Hold the team accountable to KPIs You are the control tower. What You Bring 3+ years of dispatch experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services (required) Experience leading or mentoring other dispatchers Proven ability to handle escalated or high‑emotion customer situations Strong understanding of routing, technician productivity, and revenue impact Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software A committed and progressive work history Ability to pass a background and drug screen upon offer If you’re already running the board somewhere else but not getting the authority or recognition you deserve, let’s talk.
