Regional MDS Lead & Compliance Coach

Opco-Skilled-Management-

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Regional Reimbursement Specialist to lead clinical leadership teams in MDS services across multiple facilities in Texas. You will oversee training, program reviews, and adherence to Federal, State, and local laws, ensuring quality care and fiscal responsibility within the region.

The role requires an RN license, at least five years in long-term or acute care, and several years of regional MDS experience.
