Production Control/Planner

Administrative and team coordinating experience will result in consideration for this role. The ideal candidate will: Manage the picking and assigning parts to open sales orders for shipment, in coordination with manufacturing & planning coordinator, and Sales team. Verifies quantities to be part-marked, packaged, and shipped prior to picking to help streamline shipments. Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling the flow of materials, labor, and quality standards throughout the production cycle. Material movement in production cycles to ensure seamless and continuous operations with all departments. Responsible for a smooth running and efficient facility, ensuring a safe environment and quality control. Communication with all departments, such as engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and logistics, to ensure that the production goals and customer delivery requirements are met, 360° collaboration. Help identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Coordinate with shipping personnel on inventory and stock movements. Qualifications Education Required High School or better in Unspecified. Preferred Technical Training No Cert/Degree or better in Manufacturing Technology.
