In this role, you will apply scientific methods to solve complex problems, utilizing your skills in mathematics, statistical analysis, and programming to inform both qualitative and quantitative decisions. The annual base salary range for this role is $123,000-$146,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. , Required SkillsTechnical Frameworks: 1+ years of experience in statistics, operations research, or advanced mathematics.
Programming Tools: Proven experience with R or Python .
Methodological Approach: Experience using scientific methods to drive and inform qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Teamwork Agility: Demonstrated ability to work effectively and adapt quickly within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science
, Desired SkillsExperience with mathematical optimization, modeling and simulation, prediction, estimation, or decision analysis.
Hands-on experience analyzing large-scale datasets and executing end-to-end data pipelines (gathering, cleansing, parsing).
Experience developing and deploying custom simulation models to improve workflow efficiencies.
Ability to work fluidly across both Windows and Linux operating environments.

There’s even an option to earn 1.3 times your hourly rate once you work over 1880 hours on contract!
LEAVE - Want to spend more time with the family? Want more time to travel the world? You can BUY additional annual leave for a total of 6 weeks of annual leave. That’s up to 240 hours of leave plus 11 holidays! That’s not even including paid anniversary leave!
