Onsite Community Manager: Lead, Retain Residents & Grow NOI

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at The Cumberland in Marietta, GA. You will drive resident satisfaction, lead an onsite team, and manage leasing, renewals, and collections to improve occupancy and NOI. You will partner with leadership on value-add initiatives, including renovations and marketing, while ensuring budget compliance and strong performance metrics.
